There is also a Saturday daytime pass from 11am-5pm, tickets are £75, this will include a buffet lunch and daytime workshops.

The Awakening Spring time retreat will be held at the beautiful and Welcoming Rookhow in Cumbria.
Set in 12 acres of Serene ancient woodlands, the perfect space to explore and connect back into nature after the winter.

Explore the spring woodland Rich with Lichens, Bluebells, Mosses and Ancient tall trees. This special habitat is incredibly rare and provides a bio-diverse space for many creatures, Deer, Rabbits, Woodpecker, Owls and many species of birds! Its lush conditions are perfect for scarce plants.
A wonderful Lake District wilderness, away from the tourism!.
Outdoor Workshops come rain or shine!
The ancient woodland boasts of two fire Circles, one with a canopy and seating around the fire, perfect for our night time fire ceremonies and day time nature meditations.

A sunrise walk, Just a short walk away, an ancient stone circle, where you can hear and feel the gentle vibrations of the nearby slow flowing river for morning stretches, sun salutations, meditation and affirmations with drumming to awaken and invigorate your mind body and soul, the most beautiful way to start the day!.

Wellness and spiritual space.
The 300 year old Quaker meeting house, a reflective space, for Sound baths, Meditation, Wellness workshops with Reiki, Toning and creative craft sessions, and much more!.  All craft equipment and materials provided, with a selection of followable instructions so you can create something that resonates with you!

Community space and dining.
The buildings and accommodation at Rookhow are peaceful and inviting, with modern facilities and everything you can think of to make your stay a warm and comfortable one!

In the main house there is a large seating area, banquet tables, log burner and kitchen. All meals, drinks and snacks are included; there will be vegan, vegetarian with some limited meat dishes on offer.

Shared accommodation on two floors with bunks and 4 single beds.

The small room in the Quaker meeting house with log burner and underfloor heating is available for 2-4 people sleeping on luxury air beds. There is a small kitchenette available for sole use which you can use for making drinks and snacks (provided). A shower room and toilet.

This retreat is all about community and evoking our ancestral past, sharing love, laughter and healing.
There will be Multiple Facilitators! So You will experience a diverse range of wellness workshops, with support and non-judgement, a safe space to be seen and heard!.
A packed planned itinerary so you have a choice of all workshops or a selection of workshops in case you want some solitary time out for you, your choice, this is your time!

There are up to 12 spaces available, there will also be a Saturday day pass in case you don’t want to stay, open to 8 people.
