My Vision

Hello! My names is Sarah 💜

I grew Empower Wellness from my love for music and sound therapy.

Exploring alternative approaches to promote Wellness and mental health using therapies which are non verbal,  enabling the mind and body a much needed rest! 

My family and i suffered a great loss, my beautiful cousin Emma Louise Shaw sadly passed in 2020 at the very young age of 29, my work is in honour of Emma. I just know if she'd have survived this devastating disease, she would have been of service to others, bringing more love, joy and commune into the world. She was beautiful inside and out! A pure and beautiful soul. I dedicate everything I do to Emma's legacy.

I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness and that everyone should have access to Support, Affordable classes, Therapies, that promote happier and healthier, balanced life-styles.

My vision is to offer guidance and support on your journey of self discovery and Wellness..

I am Experienced and have Fully Accredited Training with Full insurance.
