SUNDAY 6th SEPTEMBER:

Autumn & Hallows' Eve 🍂

Our first workshop will take inspiration from Autumn and Hallows' Eve, exploring the season through sound, story, symbolism and atmosphere.

We'll look at old traditions, remembrance, the changing seasons and some of the deeper meanings associated with this time of year, then explore how these ideas can be interpreted through sound and used as inspiration for your own sound baths, sessions and events.

There will be plenty of opportunity to play, experiment with different instruments, create together and explore ideas you may never have considered when working alone.

Over the years I've gathered folders full of material, exercises, ideas and content that I've used within my own practice and training. These workshops give me the opportunity to bring some of that back into the studio, explore it more deeply and share it with you.

I'll bring my experience, knowledge, ideas and plenty of inspiration, while also leaving space for you to bring your own ideas, experiences and creativity into the day.

We'll experiment, create, exchange ideas and work together, drawing on the different experiences and perspectives in the room.

With only six people, there is the opportunity to collaborate in a way we rarely get to do when we're working alone.

These workshops aren't about learning the basics or being taught how to play an instrument. They're about what comes next, developing what you already know, discovering new possibilities and finding inspiration for your own sound baths, sessions and events.

We'll also share lunch together, giving us time away from the instruments to talk, connect and exchange ideas.

Can I train if I have no previous experience?

Absolutely. Many students begin their journey with no previous experience of sound healing, music, meditation or facilitating groups.

Do I need to be musical?

Not at all. Sound healing is about intention, awareness and understanding the instruments rather than musical ability.

Do I need to buy instruments before training?

No. Instruments are provided during training, allowing you to experience different options before deciding what may be right for you in the future.

Will I be confident enough to facilitate a sound bath?

Practical training and ongoing support are designed to help you build confidence step by step. By the end of your training, you will have the skills needed to begin sharing sound with others.

What happens after training?

Students receive ongoing support, mentorship and access to a supportive practitioner community, helping them continue developing their skills and confidence.

Which course is right for me?

Can I train on a 1-2-1 basis?

Yes. Most training is delivered on a 1-2-1 basis, creating a personalised learning experience tailored to your individual goals and learning style.

Are training dates flexible?

Yes. Weekday and weekend training options are available, and dates can often be arranged around your availability, simply use the contact form, send me your availability.

Why are some training courses longer than yours?

Training hours aren't always directly comparable. Many courses are taught in larger groups, which naturally requires more time for everyone to practise, ask questions, receive individual guidance and be assessed.

Much of my training is delivered 1:1 or in very small groups of 3 so your time with me is focused on your learning, practice and development.

I don't extend courses simply to increase the number of advertised training hours. I prefer focused, practical teaching, while recognising that everyone learns at a different pace.

That's also why I offer my TRAINING GUARANTEE If you've completed your course with me and feel you need additional time, more practice or would benefit from attending the course again, you can return at no additional training cost, subject to availability.

I'd much rather give you the extra time you personally need than assume every student needs exactly the same number of hours.

What if I need extra time during training?

Training days are typically scheduled between 11am and 4pm, however learning is never rushed. If additional time is needed to practise, ask questions or build confidence, we simply continue until the training feels complete.

I Live Further Away – Can I Still Train With You?

Absolutely. Students regularly travel from across the UK and overseas to train with me.

If you are travelling from further afield, I am happy to help you find accommodation to suit your budget, with a variety of options available close to the studio.

The studio is easily accessible by train from Manchester and many other UK locations, with local train stations just a short taxi ride away. If you have any questions about travelling, accommodation or planning your visit, please feel free to get in touch and I will be happy to help.

My journey into the world of sound began in 2012 following a life-changing experience with viral meningitis, which gently guided me back towards a more holistic way of living. Since then, I have continued to explore the powerful relationship between sound, wellbeing and personal growth, formally studying the effects of sound since 2016.
What began as a personal journey of healing evolved into a passion for supporting others through sound, meditation and holistic wellbeing practices.
With over 5 years' experience facilitating sound baths and over 3 years training practitioners, I continue to deliver regular sound healing events, workshops and accredited training throughout the UK. Along the way, I have collaborated with yoga teachers, wellbeing practitioners, retreat organisers, charities, educational settings and corporate organisations.
One of the greatest joys of teaching is witnessing the ripple effect that occurs when someone discovers the confidence to share sound with others.
Whether your goal is personal development, professional growth or creating your own wellbeing offering, my aim is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment where you can learn, grow and develop your own authentic approach.
Sound has the ability to create moments of stillness, reflection and connection. It continues to inspire me every day, and it is a privilege to share that journey with others.
