Now facilitating sound baths and integrating sound into wellbeing sessions.

Chris and Mark the founders of Wild Rythm CIC, travelled from Cardiff to complete their sound bath training with Sarah two years ago.
Wild Rhythm CIC went on to create nature-based wellbeing experiences, community workshops and immersive sound sessions that help people connect with nature, creativity and each other. Their work demonstrates how sound healing training can be used beyond traditional sound baths to support communities, encourage wellbeing and inspire meaningful connection.
Community Wellbeing
Interactive and immersive nature-based experiences designed to help people connect with nature, improve wellbeing and build meaningful community connections.
Workplace Wellbeing

Sound Bath Meditations
Indoor and outdoor sound bath experiences that bring together the sounds of nature with sound healing practices.
Wild Rhythm CIC is a Community Interest Company dedicated to supporting wellbeing through nature connection, creativity, sound and community engagement. Their work brings people together through immersive sound experiences, nature-based activities and opportunities for meaningful social connection.
When Wild Rhythm first booked their training, they wanted to gain a deeper understanding of sound healing and build confidence using a variety of instruments.
"We were looking to gain a deeper knowledge around sound healing theory and confidence to play various instruments."
Although they had attended sound baths over the years, they considered themselves complete beginners.
"Complete beginner. Just attended a few sound baths over the years."
As Wild Rhythm's work focuses heavily on nature connection and outdoor wellbeing, it was important that the training reflected their vision and goals.
One of the aspects they valued most was the personalised approach.
"The highlight was that Sarah tailored the training for us. She knew we worked outside in nature so specifically carved out time to play instruments outside to get a feel for how they sound in different green spaces."
They described the learning environment as structured whilst still feeling natural and fluid, giving them the confidence to learn, experiment and develop their own style.
"The experience was great. Felt it had a good structure while also feeling natural and fluid."
One of the biggest outcomes from the training was the confidence to start using sound in a meaningful and purposeful way.
"We came away feeling confident and eager to get started."
Alongside learning to play key sound healing instruments, they also gained valuable knowledge around frequencies, vibrations and the history of sound healing.
"The skills and confidence to play key sound healing instruments. The theory that was covered around frequencies, vibrations and the history of sound healing was super useful."
Since completing their training, Wild Rhythm CIC have developed a creative and innovative approach that combines sound healing, nature and community wellbeing.
Their work includes immersive sound experiences in natural environments, creative music-making with sound healing instruments, exploring the sounds and frequencies of plants and trees, and helping people reconnect with the natural world through sound and sensory experiences.
They also support local communities through interactive drumming sessions, wellbeing activities and engagement projects, including visits to older people's groups where sound and rhythm are used to encourage participation, creativity and social connection.
Throughout the year they adapt their activities to the seasons, delivering outdoor events when weather allows and offering sound baths and indoor wellbeing experiences during the winter months, whilst always maintaining a strong connection to nature.
The training continues to support the work Wild Rhythm delivers today.
"Yes. We've been running sound baths for the last 2 years and whenever we get asked about our training and learning we always sing Sarah's praise."
Their ability to combine sound, nature, creativity and community support demonstrates how sound healing can be adapted to create meaningful wellbeing experiences for a wide range of people.
"100%. The training experience was very natural and relaxed while also being very informative. We also loved the personal touches. Thank you for starting us on our sound journey! You're an absolute legend."

To learn how to play my sound bowls.
I hadn't worked personally with sound healing prior to training, but I had attended many sessions for my own personal benefit before.
I thoroughly enjoyed my training experience. Sarah was very informative about the background and benefits of sound healing. The environment was perfect for my learning style.
Sarah made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked through the door.
Sarah was extremely supportive throughout my training, taking her time talking me through the different notes, the positioning of them and how best to play them.
Not confident at all beforehand, but I left knowing that it wouldn't be long before I felt confident.
Yes. I've played my sound bowls regularly since completing the training and launched my own business facilitating sound journeys the following week.
Absolutely. Besides launching my own business facilitating sound journeys, I've had a number of opportunities presented to me to collaborate with other entrepreneurs.
The ongoing support that Sarah provides is extremely valuable. She has supported me with concerns that my clients have highlighted and answered any questions that I have had regarding the delivery of my sound journeys. Sarah has been extremely responsive, encouraging and supportive since completing the course.

Sarah is such a wonderful, knowledgeable woman. I'm extremely grateful for her guidance and ongoing support.– Kimberley
After experiencing the benefits of attending sound baths for myself, I became very interested in wanting to learn how to hold such a special space for others to experience the incredible benefits that I had experienced myself. After an extensive search online for a training course, I found Sarah. On reading the details about the course and making contact, I had no hesitation in knowing that Sarah was who I wanted to train with.
As a complete novice to the instruments and holding space for people, I was both excited to be able to learn all about it and slightly nervous as to whether I would be capable.
I needn't have been concerned at all. Sarah was so warm and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. She gave me a thorough introduction to sound waves, the history, benefits and science behind it, all of which I found fascinating. She then explained the instruments and demonstrated them. I was encouraged to try them out myself and, after a tentative start and with Sarah's encouragement, my confidence soon grew. The power of the instruments just took over.
I really enjoyed the course. The time just flew by!Sarah was supportive and encouraging all of the time and is so interested and knowledgeable on the topic. No question that I asked was too small. It was an excellent course which covered a lot of instruments too and Sarah also pointed me in the right direction to purchase some for myself.
Yes.It really was a wonderful course that gave me the confidence and excitement to purchase a selection of my own instruments and, with further encouragement, go on to hold my own sound baths.I now hold my own sound baths and continue to enjoy developing my knowledge and practice with sound healing.
Whether you want to use the knowledge purely for yourself, integrate it within other holistic therapies or indeed just keep sound as your speciality, I can't recommend Sarah enough.
Sarah is so calm, warm and welcoming and willing to share her knowledge. You will learn so much and will leave confident in your own abilities to take your knowledge and grow further.
The training gave me confidence, excitement and a genuine passion to continue exploring sound healing. It has been a wonderful journey and one that I continue to enjoy.– Ruth
